What is Bagli Ransomware
This is another creation of computer scammers called Bagli Ransomware or Bagli Wiper Ransomware . This ransomware was active in mid-to-late March 2021 and is targeted at Azerbaijani-speaking users, but this does not prevent it from spreading all over the world. It spreads through hacking via email spam, spoofed downloads, malicious ads, fake updates, and more.

Bagli encrypts user data using the AES+RSA infection algorithm. Encryption includes MS Office documents, OpenOffice, PDFs, text files, databases, photos, music, videos, image files, archives, that is, frequently used files to make the victim worry. The extension .bagli is appended to encrypted files to indicate invalid files.
Then, virus demands a $350 ransom in BTC to get files back. It does this by displaying the oxu.txt file, which contains a note:
